Designed 2 Delight this bear looks like he is having lots of fun. i did some research on how to achieve a snow look, found lots of them , decided on going with sparkly felt, added a few gray lines and white glitter glue over the top of the lines. used snowflake paper and snowman boarder along with some shiny snowflake and jewel embellishments. and of course i love this verse and felt it fit this scene.
