Thursday Already!!

Can you beleive that it  is Thursday July 6!!! i have started planning my christmas list but not completely and then i need to get it all done.  where does the time go?
today i will share pictures with you of some projects i just finished and that my new grandbaby is testing out.

This is Zach, he was born June 23, 2011  he is my baby tester.  the following items are things he has tested out.  this is the bug colloction, it will go with the ABC bug quilt i am working on.

tomorrow i will show you two other sets.  now i would like to know some thoughts from you

1. the small burp cloths are cute but basically they are best for newborns and smaller babies, if you were looking for a baby gift would you prefer the small size or a bigger size?

2. the receiving blankets i make are much larger than the ones you buy, my daughter in law really likes that, she said the store bought ones are almost too small to swaddle the baby in, what are your thoughts about the size   of receiving blankets?

4. last question when buying baby gifts do you like a set (receiving blanket, bib, & burp cloth) or do you see yourself as purchasing the items separetly?
