My second card for this challenge. the lovely rainbow is provided by "Back To Paper". i used colored pencils to color the rainbow and for the clouds i colored them a light blue and then topped it off with white glitter glue. the saying is also from "Back To Paper". the adorable little girl is from "TLC Creations". i tried a new design for a card, i cut out the bracket area of the blue cardstock and lined it with sky looking paper. i did it by free hand so it is a little crooked.
