Another July Day

working on cloth coloring books, need to have my grandson color two pages to see what he thinks, i have colored two.  some designs aren't the best to use and i need to put something between the pages to make a harder surface to color on.  i had thought of cardboard but then when you wash it the cardboard would be com quite messy.  so back to the thinking chair.  i want these to be able to be used in a car, at church, places where something simple and convenient can help keep the child entertained for awhile.  i will do more research and experimenting to come up with the right solution.  i am using washable crayons so after my grandson does his 2 i will wash up by hand to see how that works and then wash by machine to see which works better or if both methods work good.
today is a nice sunny day, no breeze, i will spend a little time on my son's deck and then get back to research and helping with the baby.
